• One monthly on-site inspection of the unit (standard frequency: once per month).

• Full walkthrough of the property to check general condition, temperature and odors.

• A/C and thermostat check; leak and moisture checks; basic safety and condition review.

• Basic toilet flushes and running water in sinks, showers and tubs.

• Visual check of balcony/terrace, railings and floor surfaces when accessible.

• Basic appliance review (refrigerator/freezer on, stove/oven off, washer/dryer area visually

inspected).

• Air purification filter replacement according to schedule when filters are provided by owner.

• This is our most frequently selected plan among absentee condo owners.

• Key holding and access coordination for licensed vendors, association staff and cleaners.

• Vendor coordination for occasional repairs or services, with zero markups on invoices.

• Emergency attention according to the Emergency Procedure and availability.

• Inspections are only for vacant properties unless otherwise requested by the owner.

• For occupied properties, tenants may be contacted monthly by phone to verify property condition when the owner requests.
