One flat monthly rate – Monthly Home Inspections

• Photo and/or short video report after each visit.

• One monthly on-site inspection of the unit (standard frequency: once per month).

• Full walkthrough of the property to check general condition, temperatures and odors.

• A/C and thermostat check; leak and moisture checks; basic safety and condition review.

• Basic toilet flushes and running water in sinks, showers and tubs.

• Visual check of balcony/terrace, railings and floor surfaces when accessible.

• Visit frequency: one scheduled on-site visit per week (standard frequency: once per week), unless otherwise agreed.

• Additional scheduled visits during the month when needed.

• Recurring task: plant watering.

• Recurring task: extra humidity and odor checks during hotter or more humid periods.

• High-frequency presence designed for properties that need eyes on them almost every day when unoccupied.

• More frequent full walkthroughs, plant watering, and appliance/odor checks.

• Ideal for owners who want someone checking the property on a weekday or near-daily basis.

• Contractor open/close for vendors (no full-day supervision) unless a separate project

management agreement/fee is in place.

• Pricing is influenced by property size, number of rooms, and overall operational complexity.

• Visit frequency and task complexity are factored into the final service level.

• Service structure follows the same tiered methodology as our condominium programs, adapted specifically for private homes.

• Includes routine inspections, exterior monitoring, and coordination with pool, landscape, and third-party service providers.

No markups are applied to vendor invoices under any home care tier.

• Final pricing is confirmed following a complimentary private property assessment.

We accept most major domestic payment methods, including ACH transfers, wire transfers, and major credit cards.
