• Visit frequency: one scheduled on-site visit per week (standard frequency: once per week),
unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional scheduled visits during the month when needed.
• Recurring task: plant watering.
• Recurring task: extra humidity and odor checks during hotter or more humid periods.
• Recurring task: checking parcels, mail or deliveries left inside the unit (and in the building
when allowed).
