• Visit frequency: every weekday (Monday through Friday) or daily visits as agreed, subject to building rules.

• More frequent full walkthroughs, plant watering and appliance/odor checks.
• Ideal for owners who want someone checking the property on a weekday or near-daily basis.
• Contractor open/close for vendors (no full-day supervision) unless a separate project
