Flat monthly rate – Weekly Inspections
• Includes everything in the Extended Care plan.
• Visit frequency: one scheduled on-site visit per week (standard frequency: once per week), unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional scheduled visits during the month when needed.
• Recurring task: plant watering.
• Recurring task: extra humidity and odor checks during hotter or more humid periods.
• Recurring task: checking parcels, mail or deliveries left inside the unit (and in the building when allowed).
• Recurring task: verifying cleaning after cleaners finish.
• Designed for owners who need more frequent presence and recurring tasks that require extra entries into the property.
